Cofind (available at cofind.online ) is a platform that helps people collaborate on projects such as businesses, music, and other creative endeavors. By using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a collaboration card through Cofind. By submitting information to us, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a submission is from someone under 18, we will remove it, but we are not responsible for verifying age beyond reasonable measures.
2. How Cofind Works
Users cannot create accounts or post directly on the website. To submit a collaboration card, users must contact us via email and provide the information needed for the card, including their name, description, contact information, and optional profile picture. We reserve the right to post, edit, or remove collaboration cards at our discretion. If you want a card removed, you can contact us via email and we will delete it within 1–3 business days.
3. User Content and Privacy
By submitting information for a card, you agree that we may display your name, description, profile picture if provided, and contact information to other users. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Cofind the right to display and share it on our website for collaboration purposes. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information outside of the collaboration card context. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not submit content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent, offensive, abusive, illegal, in violation of another person’s rights, or harmful to minors or other users. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Currently, Cofind is free to use. We may introduce paid services or subscriptions in the future. If we do, additional terms will apply.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Cofind provides the website “as-is” and does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability. We are not responsible for any harm, disputes, or losses that arise from your use of the website or interactions with other users. Users are responsible for verifying collaborators’ information and suitability for projects.
7. Termination
We may remove collaboration cards or deny service at our discretion. Users can request card removal at any time by contacting us via email.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, specifically in Athens. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of Cofind will be subject to the courts of Athens, Greece.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of Cofind constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
